Visiting Houston and San Antonio, looking for hippie friends

Hi people. I'm travelling to Houston and San Antonio (Texas) as a journalist to cover a travel trade fair (La Cumbre), so it would be really nice to contact some free spirits from there so to see Texas through locals eyes. It could be from going out for a cup of coffee to showing me the citym anything your time allows. Don't need a place to stay.
