funny you should ask this. i just found a bottle of tylenol 500 mixed with little yellow pills with hearts on them. my question: what the hell are they?
IF they have a number (1,2,3,4) on 'em they contain codein - 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, & 1 grain respectively... aside from that, acetaminophen is it...
If I'm not mistaken- 1 is regular strenght 2 is extra-strenght 3 is with a 1/4 grain codiene 4 is with a 1/2 grian codiene
went to ortho-mcneil's website... "tylenol 3" is w/30 mg codeine phosphate "tylenol 4" is w/60 mg codeine phosphate (no info on t2 or t1)
30 mg is about 2 grains so that would be #3 and 4 grains in #4. i've never actually encountered a tylenol 4.
Tylenol 2 have 15 mgs of codiene. Not really worth your time. If the bottle says "Tylenol 500." They are most likely just APAP. Not a recreational drug in any sense. Too much will kill your liver.
