seems to be an allfull lot of evidence to suport that they exist, and its not like they dont have the space to hide in, expecialy if they keep to the snowline. in the musem in uppercali they have a bunch of "unknown primate hair" that had to come from somewhere. wouldnt say they are the missing link though, there was several higher primates on the planet, the rest just died out, definently something to keep an open mind about
