Cultural orgasm - MTV live from Brazil. Meg - simple and lovely rockstar - doesn't happen that often.. Jack - the voice! the guitar! and they are young performers in the year of 2005, not 20 years ago, and loved! Jack is really a musician who is comparable with Jimi. good, Good, GOOD
I havent heard their new album, but I dig their last one. I heard it was different from Elephant so I never really bothered with it. Is it worth a listen?
its definatley worth a listin. In my opinion its not as good as their first 2 albums(only because they're amazing)...but its a very good album
The White Strips are coooool. I think that Jack and Magan are good musicans. i like the way Jack can change his voice, there is so musch passion in it.
sorry to tell you guys but megans a horrible drummer, my brother saw them live and she couldnt keep time for shit. and i would definatly not compare jack to jimi. oh and theyve been around for almost 10 years kiddo.
I enjoyed elephant, but I like the latest one even more...... there is more piano bass n drums on this latest album.... and less guitar... it still rocks, though!!
well..kiddo as I am - who said the life is fair, but blood is a great help taking people to the...levels where their talent(s) purely couldn't take. Why ignore the fact - despite whatever, they are sensational.
i think they are ok. but they mostly got as far as they did because of their image and the novelty value of there being two of them and if they were brother and sister or husband and wife or what ever... good marketing i guess. their new album is crap compared to their other three
I've heard different from pretty much everyone. I haven't got a chance to hear the new album, but I heard Blue Orchid and it's alright I s'pose.
They Rock I haven't heard a song by them yet that I didn't like, I think they're very talented and I love Jack's voice, very unique!
Their Glastonbury 2005 performance rocked. It only dawned on me when I was watching them how intense they sound for just two musicians. They must've had a piano player hidden in the corner I think, heh. One of the best commercial bands about nowadays without a doubt.
