    It depends, If I want something to rock to, the Stones, but if i want something I can mellow out to, the Beatles

    id have to say stones but im with you libertine .floyd are cool .......im also in to a band called the levellers dont know if anyones heard of them

    well.... The Beatles were better from '65-'70 and The Stones were good from '65-'71 they both had good overrated psychedelic albums, (The Beatles Sgt. Peppers, overrated for being good, The Stones with Their Satanic Majesties, overrated for being bad) but every Beatles song from that era is epic and some of the Stones' is annoying so...

    The Beatles!

    Im going to a Stones concert in October, but I would pass up two Stones concerts for a Beatles concert.

    I can't really pick between the two. They are great bands. I can relate to a lot of the Stones songs, but I grew up listening to The Beatles. You can't beat great song writers like Lennon and McCartney, but the crazy duo of Keith and Mick blow my mind.
