you reckon? i had no problem loading it with my pretty slow high-speed connection, maybe 20 seconds. the page is only 215 kb.

 

You can manage almost to spell "prima facie" correctly, but you use '2' and 'u' like a 12 year old... Something odd is going on here... :O
