Just went for a 2 hour stroll around town (from 9:30-11:30). It was the best feeling I've ever experienced. The silence was amazing. Also by being barefoot, I was so quiet I even snuck up on a few stray animals and scared the crap out of them! I don't know why I've never walked at night before!

This reminds me of the "Tip Toe Parade" in San Francisco. It happens late late at night. Last time I participated there were about 100 of us. We strolled silently through the street in crazy bedtime costumes going up to everyone with our fingers to our lips going "Shhhhh". Our destination was a grassy area high on a hill overlooking the city where we watched amateur films projected on the wall of an abondoned building. Great fun.

Heh, yeah, there were a few people sitting on their doorstep who never heard me coming. As for freaks n such, I've never had a problem so far.

You haven't experienced barefooting at night until you've been on some kind of narcotics, lol. Seriously... I don't know if I can top the experience I had earlier this week.
