Hugh is zimbabwean (thus the rohdesian bit, as zimbabwe was formaly known as rhodesia, before mugabe) but his parents got the fuck out of there, (a good move i feel, as the state of affairs there is pretty fucked) and they live in the UK. They moved either just before he was was born, or just after, i cant remember. He is now on holiday to "some obscure european country".
