Heavy Metal Thunder - for all things two or three wheeled that require a motor. Leave your attitudes at the door, all bikes and bikers of all stripes are welcome.
Sure - just post based on whatever kind of bike you like to ride on. Do you thrill for a Katana racing and carving the road with its high pitched buzz or do you prefer to cruise on a throbbing Kawasaki Nomad?
Well,I'll check it out and see what you have going there...Oh and as to what I prefer, back roads that more out of the city...I hate being on a bike in amongst traffic and stuff. I just like to cruise...and most of my experiences have either been on a Softtail or a Suzuki, but I can't remember many details about that bike.
Iron Goth, I'll be here ofcourse..I've been a motorbike freak since long time.. can i post links and pics in this forum?? Wondergirl, soo nice to hear you like motorbikes..loveley see in my gallery...my friends motorbike is a Goldwing 1800.. very expensiv machine, weighs 363kgs..last time we were touring in Luxemburg..in Echternach on the big square his bike always is admired by lots of people...he says if it would be stolen.. it would break him down..his wife Linda sits like a queen on this bike.. it has a bit too much luxury for me..i ride trips every sunday.. organize them..plan the itinerary..last week end there was a Harley meeting in my village www.hdcleopoldsburg.com Every year bikes get stolen here..this year 2 Harleys.. only Harley bikes allowed on this day.. village is closed off by police..5000 Harleys this year.. it's even allowed to drive without helmet.. Last week i got a speeding ticket..drove 83 where 70 allowed.. costs me 50 euro..fuck.. the State wants to fill up their money balance.. all over they have put speed limits, speed breakers etc..it's silly.. Emiel
yeah tiger...that was a pretty bike, but to me...why not just take the car, lolol~* j/k'ing...kinda....dunno all that much, but I'm sure I will stop by just to peruse the pics and admire. I'm a great passenger but since I never did well, even with a bicycle, I decided many years ago to remain a passenger. Been years since I even got to do that tho
Momchild, You would look great on a motorbike.. your hair in the wind..feel free.. taste the wings of freedom.. once on the road..a real biker knows.. that next curve is followed by another one.. nobody can take away that sense of being one with nature or the machine you're riding on.. it's like climbing a mountain..and wanting to reach the top...to see that loveley scenery.. all of us are climbing a mountain in our own way.. just go for the top..and don't look back.. Emiel
Hey, Here is a link for the Suzuki Hayabusa 1300.. it's the fastest bike available on the market.. a friend of mine went 325km/h on this one.. in Germany on highways..no speed limit.. drive this speed in Belgium..and you lose your permit.. Hayabusa means falcon in Japanese.. Have a look at the pics..i don't want this one... i like speed..but not that risky business http://www.hyp4r.com/hayabusa/hayabusa.htm Emiel
Trickster, he is letting me in as a wannabe autorickshaw owner, I remember the Robin, drove one a few times. Neat machine. That's sort of what I'm after with the bajaj scooter-rickshaw. Link in Environment under Duncan's VESPA thread. Iron Goth: Linky to your forum, por favor??

Huh,I can't seem to link that forum, for some reason...go to the personal forums, then it's down the list near the bottom.
