I got to see Holly Near at the 34th Kent State commemoration. Holly was one of the actors in Hair in NY. She was actually on stage performing Hair when word came in about the shootings at Kent State and the four students killed in 1970.

She sang a number of songs solo and gave a talk out in the field at the commemoration. She's made a number of appearances at the commemorations at Kent since 1970.
