can anyone help me figuire this out i have a micro webcam all im trying to do is get some pics put in my files ill figure the rest out later! the software with it is from presto!(mostly) i have had it working before! but since i reconfigured and reinstalled the software i cant seem to get it! i only have tonight to get these pics! thanks!!!!ps it doesnt seem to be recognizing that i plugged it in?
Try plugging it into the other port. I would try to reinstall it if its still acting up. good luck, cause I wanna see the babies!
Ok man you got lucky b/c I have a web cam too but its a mini creative . Ok it did the same thing to me to. This is what you have to do! First reinstall the driver and then restart your computer. You have to remove it from your computer before you re-install it ok. So got to control pad and go to add/ remove problems and remove it their . Then re-install driver, restart pc and make sure it's plugged in right. Then if all is installed and restarted it should work. I had to do this like three times man I had the same problem it was a pain in the ass to figure out till now. So just do that and you should be ok alright. Hope this helped . Peace out
hey toke and good mom thanks for the add but too late for the pics of the possums but i might be able to get some later they went to a woman that they call wolfe lady she takes in wolfe hybrids that pepole cant deal with got to meet her today! shes cool woman but needs to get out a little more!! if i had wheels! id ask her out! to the swiming hole!! so if im lucky i might still be able to post some pics later
you running XP? just plug it in and get photos from the picture tasks in my pictures. if there is something that can process images it usually has a "get images from camera or scanner" option in the picture tasks window (upper left). My intel camera has long since lost its software, but the PC always seems to make it work. start>mypictures>get pictures from scanner or camera
