try it its great get it out of the hugh fearnley-whitingstall (river cottage)b cookbook or you might find it on his website i dont no if you can make it this time of year as the nettles are to tuff but you might you should check because this soup is absolutely amazing its so tasty
i really cant describe it. i dont no kind of vegetabaly if you can even have that sort of taste but mine was creamy as i put some cream in it but honestly it was so good if your going to try it get his recipe
