Free Sacramento Kundalini Yoga

HoneyHannah and I have decided to offer free kundalini yoga classes to anyone who is interested in the sacramento area. They are free as we are teachers in training and not yet certified.
We have been training for 4 months and have an excellent feel for the yoga and have been trained by some great teachers so its worth checking out if anyone wants to get high on kundalini yoga.
I can also offer trance-therapy healing and we can do healing body/sound work in extreme cases which includes emotional release; and if interested some intense transformational breathwork. All for free! This is fun stuff for anyone in sacramento to try out.

your lucky you weren't hear last week
the entire citys air supply was dosed with toxic pesticides by air craft to kill mosquitos and everyone was told to remain indoors from 8-11:30pm through the whole week
and of course there's mosquitos inside our house for the first time a day after they finally finish
go figure

Yea there's nothing at all like kundalini yoga for improving the spine.

 

I was thinking the same thing when I saw a squito in my house this week..

Last week I left town on tuesday night before the sacond chemical spray and the sky was so blood red that you could look right at the sun and it was bloood red. Mason was amazed. It was quite a sceene but I knew it had to be the polution. I got to Chico and the air was much fresher and not so thick. When I got home the next day the air was very thick I could almost not breath. So nasty.

 

So you two ever going to stop by for some transformational breathework, kundalini yoga and maybe some trance-therapy? Bring congo drums too.
