I reserve the right to change my mind
    To radically switch sides
To dance back and forth over the line
To contradict all that I was
    To attack what I believed
    And change my soul because
    I’d rather not deceive
I’m sorry if it inconveniences you
That I’m not so easily calculated
That I’m not a trusted constant I apologize if you’re frustrated
Why do you praise the mule
    And shoot the crow
    I won’t be a stubborn tool
    I’ll admit I didn’t know
How else could I learn and grow?
    Don’t be so shocked
    Nothing lasts forever
    All things are impermanent
And change as frequent as the weather
