Not so good. He played his post-found-Jesus-Dylan material from the 90's...none of his old stuff that I can remember but I bailed about a half hour into his show. I think he did one Dead cover...Reuben & Cherise maybe??? Can't recall exactly but he flew in late in a chopper, played his show with a portable air conditioner onstage with him, then flew out right afterwards. Not complaining, just wasn't very impressed with him.

This was my first Dylan concert and I liked the concert. He did alot of stuff I'd never heard, but he didn't seem to be really feeding off the crowd as much as other performers did.

i was disappointed in him......the fact that he came out a half hour late really annoyed me.....i didn't know about the ac thing or the leaving right afterwards.....

why is he such an asshole to his fans?

i left during his second song because i wanted to see string cheese.....

    Hmm..
    Why?

    He's getting old.
He isn't part of the same crowd as most of his fans are.
He's been doing this shit for so long, I wouldn't doubt it gets to be a bit of a routine, and hard on the body (hence the AC)
    Don't be dissapointed by legends.

Ozzy still goes on stage, has a oxygen machine, can't move around for shit, but the man will still sing his head off.

Is it better to burn out or to fade away?

last time i saw ozzy he was bad ass, i have seen him every year for the past 4 or 5 years and he jumps all over the stage, i have never seen him with oxygen, even when he broke his leg he was still runnin all over the stage...........

that is true about dylan. he has done so many great things and played so much great music it's like how much more can we ask of the man? thank god for Bob Dylan. i almost don't care what kind of a show he puts on nowdays, it's just the fact you're at a dylan concert that is awesome enough.

    Show respect for legends.
They don't come around often, and they only last forever in your stereo.

I didn't mean disrespect, I like him. I just left his set at roo very unimpressed. Seen him many times last year. I remember he came out and sang gotta serve somebody, like a rolling stone, then friend of the devil with the dead at one show last year, I forget which one but that was great! He payed the electronic harp with them at deer creek too. But his opening act I only saw once. It was all new material and that stuff just doesn't intrerest me.
