I've just installed a new feature that allows you to select photos from your gallery to insert into posts. You'll see on the right side of the edit box an option called "My Photos". Click on that and you'll see a window with your last 16 images in thumbnails, and you can page thru the rest.

Just click on the image and it will appear wherever your cursor is in the text box.

You must be using either the enhanced editor or the full Wysiwyg editor for this feature.

    Enjoy!

hot damn....i thought you hated us for not giving you money....ya know you're only giving us more options to waste your bandwidth...

tell me, i occasionally see banners on the site.. do you get money for everyclick said banner gets or is it for every hit your site gets and thus every pair of eyes that views the banner?
perhaps we could have a a hipforums great banner click day where who ever clicks the most amount of banners wins a free years subscirptions to the supporter options?
    i dunno...just throwing out ideas

No I don't hate ppl who don't support the site...

Yes, it does waste some bandwidth, but fortunately they're just thumbnails.

No we don't get paid for clicks or views, only if people purchase items.

Due to problems people were having uploading large images to the server, we're now allowing larger image uploads, which are then automatically resized to the max allowable resolution. This means you won't get a file too big message, and should make uploading easier for those who don't know how to edit their images.

Note: To conserve bandwidth, this feature is only available to site supporters.

any banners you could put up that would give you $$ per click or view?

I know i'd be more than happy to open a banner ad in a new tab if it meant a few more dollars towards your beer fund
