Exactly. If you get blotter it's very hard to put a substantial amount of anything besides lsd onto it. And on top of that, if someone is hooked up well enough to be getting acid they're not going to adulterate such a hard to come by substance.
Aside from what everyone else said (all true) if blotter has speed in it, it crytalizes ON the paper, not IN the paper. The speed will rub off or it will be obvious. I know this is true becuse once upon a time We tried to make blotter hits of speed only --- A funny milestone- This is the first question of ever noticed on this forum. It's just a bit weak. This is a trend beginning to get pretty common. I'm surprised you haven't come across it yet. It's being discussed at length at The Lycaeum too. There is 2 1/2 ml in a drop. That will carry 2 1/2 mg of rc, that would make 2 drops on a sugar cube a quick and easy way to dose kids in the lot. It's not common to find it in paper blotter, but at the shows where everyone is looking for L, its pretty cost effective for assholes to pass this stuff off for it and they do try.

Oh, there's still LSD around (or "LSD", anywho), that's supposedly extremely potent with 1-2 blotters...but I haven't tested any of it lately because of work-related activities clotting up my schedule. I'm not bickering with you, I'm simply reminding people that they shouldn't always trust their dealers, and should use common judgement when testing a particular batch of LSD.
