Hmm.... no idea. But if you come to Australia, don't eat them. They have beef flavouring.

Damn, oh well. At least I'm not a vegan. Occasionally McDonald's fries can taste really good.

McDonalds french fries in the United States contain beef extract. They are not vegetarian. If you're hankering for fast food fries, Wendy's fries are vegetarian, and they taste way better anyway.

Damn that's what I thought. Thanks for your guys's help by the way. Are Burger King's fries vegetarian?

I believe so, but don't quote me on that. All the Burger Kings where I live are beyond nasty though, so I wouldn't eat them anyway.

It's too bad, really because I have a feeling that the BK Veggie would be at least edible if it was prepared properly.

What I heard was they don't have beef extract in their fries anymore, after being sued for it... anyway, you can't taste the beef in their fries so I don't see why they would really bother putting it in...

Anyway, I've really cut down on eating at McDonald's, they are SO overpriced...

i ate some Mcdonals fries last year because i was hungry at a rest stop that that was the only thing there that seemed halfway vegetarian and i didn't realize they had animal stuff in them and ended up getting sick and losing my lunch out the window on the Jersey Turnpike......

Avoid McDonalds! I had a vegeburger there once, it was disgusting, I don't think it was even cooked properly [IMG] I have heard so much bad stuff about them I would not eat there anyway.
