ive only have my dreads for about 4 weeks. ive been swimming in the ocean often, and although i know the salt water is good, my dreads feel really loose. i think im only going to swim every other day so my locks have time to knot up but im only here for a week? do you think that it would be better for the dreads to dump them in that salty water more often while i have the chance? i also use a salt water, lemon, and rosemary spray. do you think that i could build up sea salt in my dreads. i use that spray everyday and go swimming and hang out at the beach with all of that salty air. what do you guys think?

yea, i felt that way too... my hair would get soft after the ocean dip, but i guess its good for them, keeps them clean too i hear. i take the chance to form them while they are wet, and i use sand to help form them. i like having a sandy head
