Hey There Wondering if anyone knows of a good wine pairing book. I only drink white and hubby doesn't drink at all. Although I enjoy wine, I really don't know anything about food pairing. I've been using the internet as a guide but when there are more than one dominant flavour in a recipe, I run into problems. Any information you can provide would be wonderful.
