I saw My Chemical Romance last night...

and they were actually very very good, it was an amazing gig!

 

They'll be coming here soon, and I'm dying to see them. I was hoping that they put on a good show. The singer did really great on the video "Helena". Looked like he was really pouring out his soul.

 

ahh yeah he really puts on a show, hes such a great performer...
he REALLY interacts with the crowd too which is great.

I still like their helena song and video, however, when i saw their surprise performance on the vma last night, i was extremely dissapointed. He didnt sing very well at all. I think that his voice was really strained from being on tour? either that or they really do good fixing it up on the album.

they are good.... and hey, they write good songs.
i'm not emo... i'm just me, and i can listen to the amount of music i do, without being tied down by genres...
to be honest, emo is rubbish... but i like my chemical romance!

for anyone who doesn't know me... the average playlist contains a few symphonies by Mahler, Sikth, Pink Floyd, all of Miles Davis career, Muse and a whole load of other people.
so if you're closed minded enough not to listen to something because its got a certain label, then its you thats missing out

Even though i'm seeing them in november.....incidentally i'm only going because my friends are dragging me along

 

Well, personally, I can't stand their music. But hey, if you like it, enjoy yourself. Personally, I'd have to be stoned immaculate and drunk off my ass to enjoy one of their shows.

 

i gotta admit that i really didnt like them but my friend kept playing MCR to me and now they're not that bad!
