Definately Spirited Away. There is aload of spirits - probably because it's a spirit world, and theres magic in it aswell. there is a 10 foot baby and all sorts of cool stuff going on.

The trippiest cartoon is Courage the Cowardly Dog, the story of an elderly farm couple and their pet dog. If it were possible for a cartoon show to be on acid, this would be it.
I think the Duckman cartoons are pretty funny.He's got such an inferiority complex but at the same time he's full of himself.
