You're not going to die. Try to calm down. I think you should try going to sleep, you'll feel better when you waske up. Whenever I eat brownies, I get tired as shit anyway so it shouldn't be too hard. Just take it easy. Hope everything goes ok.

All you have to do is say to yourself it is a drug and it will end soon because it will. It isn't an enjoyable high I'd gather cause otherwise I dont see why you would want it to end.
