I keep thinking that just maybe bush is actually an intelligent anarchist acting like a dumbass and he's really just trying to collapse the governmnt by running it into the ground.
But then I could be wrong.

I think quite the contrary. The US state has been strengthened, more power has been given to the state apparatus. And I understand it's a joke, but anarchist favor to crush the state along with classes, becaue class society automatically brings oppresion. Bush has done nothing but serving the ruling class (the rich) in the United States. Bush is following the textbook.

Bush is an anarchist, except in a strange way, instead of wanting the system to collapse and everyone be equally miserable...he wants complete anarchy among the people, the people will have no wealth or any private property, while he and his elites are at the top like gods with everything they want...

Come on guys, is it really Bush that's the problem... It's the system. Bush is just a figurehead. He knows how to have a good time and do what he's told, he's an actor and politicion. The system evolved because there are people that want to help provide sustaining life enhancing unitive policies thus we must trust the universe, trust it to reveal a brighter future for earth and it's people. It will turn around, such is the way of the life force that runs through all things. Thus even though the system is a problem, it also allows us to live like we do those of that have it good. We can't just tear it down, we have to work in it... It will evolve as humanity evolves, into a new golden age of harmony, peace, love and understanding.

    The central question is: How?

You can only have a society based on harmony, peace, love and understanding, if you break down class divisions and create a classless society. If not, there will still be the exploiter and the exploited, powerless masses and powerhungry capitalists, imperialist wars, and so on.
