see that's just stupid. if you have a five year old, and a gun, you should have the gun unloaded, with a safety, locked up, with the key on your keychain, in your pocket. in that case it's the parent's fault for practically shooting their kid

 

How often does that happen? Show me some numbers. is it a horrific anomaly?

And how often do kids play in plastic bags and smother themselves. Can you prove that guns accidently going off happens more frequently?

Kids need constant supervision, and guns are sure as hell not toys, but it's important to have parents who have a little common sense.

 

There are certainly a lot more drowning deaths by children under 7 then there are gun deaths. Parenting is the important part.
