The sun provides us with life As we dance around its eternal flame left foot right foot and back to left again And I might not be going anywhere, but at least I'm dizzy now. Dizzy enough, perhaps, to forget that the earth is inching closer to crashing head on with another year. Another year of bridges burning as hot as the star whos warm light we follow.. so... aimlessly... It's so bright, we are blinded.. or maybe our eyes arent enough to see. So I'm left feeling around for that something that everyone is searching for on my knees now closer to the ground but so far from the sky that calls out so loud and free I could cry. But I've tried that before, and it never brings me higher It just makes my eyes burn more and more. So I collect myself and put the pieces back together and I might look cracked now, but at least I have character and the mistakes I have made won't be the mistakes I will make So I'll spin around with the earth on it's axis which brings each day closer I might feel different now, but its really all the same, a game we play, to make it through the day...
wow this is great.i love how you've got this dance and within it a dance of feelings and wild thoughts. i'll come back to reading this one 4 sure.
