If you are bored of sex then why bother? have a break from sex and dont pressure yourself into thinking you have to have sex, i am sure the feeling will come back

I am not sure if you are in a relationship, if you are obviously this would complicate matters but if you have an understanding partner then perhaps you could just give her oral and pleasure her when she feels she needs it and just give sex a break?
