Ok, pornstars are not "normal guys". That's why they are porn stars. Like basketball players typically are tall, and football players are typically quite heavy. While there is not a problem to express their likes and dislikes, not all women are so shallow as to turn down a guy because they don't measure up. Technically you have 2 things going for you. 1) even at 6 inches that is no worse than average. and 2) As a sophomore, you have the potential to grow a bit before you hit 21. And as for measuring thickness, take a string, wrap it around your johnson and then measure the amount of string it took to make it around. And most importantly, stop worrying so much about it. You aren't freakishly small... you are at worst average!!! Ok, now I am repeating myself, so it is time to stop.
