A spiritual realm is a realm that runs on a different frequency with earth.
This realm is actually like a realm where there is a physical, but the physical is spiritual on the same time.
Jesus, for instance had a 'Glorified Body' like what we'll have once we get to heaven, this enabled Him to walk through walls, yet still be touched.

In other words, the spiritual realm is a realm not hindered by the draw-backs of the flesh.
