I was drunk and did some thinking. A clock can not go up to 1 hour 66 minutes aka 6:66. So you take 60 minutes out of 66 minutes and make the hour 7; since you have 6 minutes left you get 7:06. 7:06 now means 6:66 in clock time. Get it? Got it? Good?
