I hate Crocs!

Seriously, this Croc fad is making me sick. I am so sick of seeing people these absolutely butt-ugly shoes everywhere!!!! They are the ugliest shoes on the face of this earth. Not only that but I tried on a pair once to see what all the hype was about and they were really squishy, so while that is comfortable, you are just asking for foot problems later. Did I mention they were UGLY?!?! They go with nothing and they don't even go with outfits that nothing is supposed to go with! That's bad!!!

It shows just how far people are willing to go to be part of the "in crowd". It's the latest thing, so foot health and even an inkling of style be damned, they are gonna wear them!

Blargghhh!

Ok I just had to get that out, I'm done ranting and now I feel better!

 

Crocs?

 

aww, I love my crocs! They keep the mud out, and they're so comfy. plus, I really don't think the soles are so squishy that they'll cause problems. The only problem is how very dirty your feet get in them. But I think they're cute too, kinda clunky, but better looking than say tevas imo. I mean, I'll take tevas for hiking any day over crocs of course, but for just around the city, and especailly at work for me, crocs rule!

exactly retro, they look kinda bad on first impression, I must admit, but once you try them on, you get it, lol. btw, I don't wear them cause they're cool, a friend had them, and let me try them on and I fell in love, that's all it is. In fact, you don't see them much on people here.

 

Yeah, those are the ones. They look much worse when someone's actually wearing them though.

 

They look like gardening shoes...

and they look like they would make your feet sweaty and stinky

acctually, I was worried about the sweaty stinky thing too, but cause of all the holes there's major air flow, and it's ok.

I stuck my nose in my frien Sayda's right after she took them off, before I bought them, and sure enough they smelled like nothing.

 

looks like yer could use them to drain pasta pretty well.....

The clear sillicone type shoes, that looked like lattice on a pie top but clear?

 

I loved those, I must have had like 70 pairs when I was around 4 or 5, talk about sweaty and smelly though!

 

Ewww....jellies! Those things were the coolest shoes when I was a kid.

WOW! Those crocs shoes are pretty ugly. People think they are "cool"? hmmm. Cool fashion is deffinatly getting weirder and weirder. Well whatever makes ya happy i guess. I personly would never wear them. I have never seen them around here before either.

 

yup thats the ones Retro, my sister had loads of em. along with tshirts cut into fringe with pony beads on em, and safty pins with seed beads on her shoe laces.

 

I love wearing "ugly" things. Most of my favorite shirts are ugly as hell.. but ugly in that good way, know what I mean? I think those shoes are ugly as hell too.. but in the way that I like. But, I won't wear them if they are "cool"... me and fads don't get along. So, in 10 years, look for me... I'll be the one in the ugly Crocs and ugly shirts.
