what is the secret to gaining more weight? im extremely skinny and its uncomfortable. i eat lots of junk food.
if i had to life weights then i wouldnt have enough money to eat the food needed to sustain that surely? what are examples of foods i should be eating. i eat lots of pizza and take away chicken and Quiches, and Sausage Rolls, Pies and Pasties etc, and Chips.
didnt the grateful dead go on an all meat and animal product diet? and most of those guys were big? or was that from drinking?
chew on a stick of lard every few hrs. naa just eat stuff like mirco-waves meals, crisps, mcdonalds (do ur own super size me lol), get some build up stuff weight lifters use, just dont weight lift, sit in ur arse all day, ermm dunno what else
Eat whatever you want, everyones metabolism is different, although I do suggest lots of protein and budweisers
Jamie, youre going about it all wrong. There is nothing in that food, youre not getting anything out of it, and therefore its pretty much just passing straight through you. If you got off your butt a bit and learned to cook some healthey meals, and bought some healthy food, or even just reasonable food, not pizza and other rubbish like that, you would actually get something out of it. You would feel healthier and your body would work properly.... then you might gain weight.... but truly, you look fine the way you are
Carbs man (even tho' the world sometimes seems to think that carbs are the root of all evil at the mo' ) get a big bowl of rice or pasta in yer everyday, you'll soon start to bulk out, good ol' fashioned oatmeal is fantastic too
is protein and carbs like Chicken and Chips? or Peanut Butter Sandwitches? Jack Kerouac said you can live off of Peanut Butter Sandwitches with Lettuce. But i dont want to beleive everything in "on the road" is true.
Theres no real secret... cept roids. but those come with a whole world of problems. You should be trying to eat lots of carbs *like pasta, and whole grain breads* and protein *meats, chicken and fish are good, lean red meats best* At you're age, the best thing you can do is do some kinda anarobic exercises, like lifting weights. You could also consider taking creatine, but I'd asking seeing a doctor first. Don't take creatine if you have high blood pressure!!! anyway, I'm still trying to put on a lil weight too... finally hit 165. Hoping to put on about 15 or 20 more. Good luck unspoken.
