HPS/Veg and MH/Flowering

    OK so after alot of reading and what-not, I just needed to clarify if this is right.

    When vegetating, the best lighting to use is High Pressure Sodium
    (4-6 weeks for Veg.).

    Then once you start flowering, Metal Halide is ideal.
    (8-10 weeks for Flowering.).

    Is this correct?

    are you saying the lighting is the opposite, or the amount of time each lasts as well?

    Grouchy is saying MH for veg and hps for flower which is correct.

    or ure will to be hps is good for the whole experince'
    but better bud need diffrent specturm;s of light do light research
