for writing a statement to my district manager about a manager I have??? I talked to my general manager today about this assistants actions. he came in to work drunk off his ass, and he was acting so childish and immature. he was even sleeping in one of the booths while he was on the clock. the thing is, this isnt the first time. I never was as uncomfortable as I was today...... he was throwing things around like a deranged monkey....... I hate to be a snitch, but damn you have to do it sometimes for yours and others well-beings.
You work at a good restaurant right? I wouldn't want somebody in the kitchen acting like that. Fuck him, he can find a job a McDonalds I think you can get away with that kind of conduct there.
exactly... thing is, we aient kids no more. i mean that, like, it's not cool to snitch on friends but when yer in a business situation, n if someone aient yer best friend, close friend, fam, etc., fuck that shit. tha tis not acceptable and ya know...come what may
yes, this is somewhat a professional restaurant. its not good that a manager gets away with showing up late quite often, comes in drunk and/or high, acts childish and immature, and is lazy on top of it..... managers are supposed to set an example.
watch out though, there is a reason someone who fucks up that much got to be manager in the first place
