I dreamt last night i was on a cruise ship and everyone kind of knew everyone else vagly.. only slowly but surely, people on board were becoming kind of the same, faceless and just wondering the ship like zombies. I was one of the only ones it seemed who'd worked you shouldnt let them smother you, get in the slightest bit close to you to touch you. The ship became over run and i was finding it hard and hard to escape them. *scary* there was me and i found someone else, a guy who could help me and we worked out we needed to find the one that started it all an hold something against its chest to turn people back. But time was running out the boat was due to doc soon and once that happened we'd loose who did it and then the entire population was indanger! Eventually we recognised who it might be, but we had to go into the heart of all these faceless walkers to get there, which meant i was being touched and slowly becoming one of them. Then i held i think a stone or maybe a leaf against this one person and slwoly but surely peoples faces became more deffined and people were coming back to normal. I soon returned to myself and i ran about the ship watching as people changed back and i found the other person who had been trying to turn people back. We hugged, great feeling of relief and no one else could remember. It was such a strange dream, i hadn't dreamt in ages.. such a relief to dream agaain!

Has anyone got over being afraid of nightmares and embrace them now? I have learnt over time, nightmares are better embraced than ran from. You can learn a lot from them, i tell myself its just a horror movie and its not real and i enjoy the fear!
