I need to loosen up

Well, I've finally I reached my full cranky mom potential of the day... The neighbors are pissing me off and setting off those stupid firecrackers that just make that annoying gun-shot noise and my youngest son, Noah is sleeping. Any ideas on how I can annoy the neighbors back? My older son was screaming whenever they set them off too and I've told them yet they haven't stopped... So, come on give me some good ones here... its payback time... if they are going to steal my free arms no baby holding time I'm going to get even.
