Baking is a craft, right?

All the bread I baked at work last night came out really good. So I thought I'd take a couple pics and post 'em. I am so fortunate to have a job I love

I know that there is a bread forum, but few people travel there

i used to be a bread baker. i miss it, except for the fact that i used to eat a lot of it, lol

Whole Grain Herb Bread that I just made. Got the recipe from Vegan Planet.

Flour, Water, salt, yeast, and herbs, so simple and so darn yummy!

 

oh wow! you've just made me so hungry! they look delicious! i used to work on a farm picking veggies and there was a bakery set up there. had to walk past it every time i went from the field to the washing/packaging area....total torture! that is until lunch time arrived. he he he

 

man all of this bread.... i love carbs...
