Lung cancer...

ok, what are the possibilitys of getting lung cancer smoking weed? Because I have read lung cancer symptoms, which include always coughing,pain in the ribs, coughing up phlem with signs of blood in it, changes in couges and some more, I have in had pains in my ribs before tho. And once Ive coughed up blood, which was during a bad cough last year, which I stupidly smoked a half ounze of weed with. Now Im probably j us a paranoid dumbass, but would YOU go see a doctor if you had pains in your ribs before , and coughed up bloody phlem once or twice before?

I went to Dr for sharp pains in my lungs and they said it was a muscle spasm. I've since had a clean chest xray, so the Dr was probably right. The blood tho..I'd go have that checked out...ya don't want it to get worse and drown in it , now do ya?

 

weed has never been linked to lung cancer so i wouldnt worry about that, but yeah chest pains coughing and blood see a fucking doctor man

dont worry about the cancer but worry about painful ribs and blood hacking if it persists. cancer is only one of many problems you can experience with lungs.

 

ya the blood in the mucus came up once, like a year ago when I had a bad cough and smoked too much weed with my friends(about 15g in 1 night), the muscle spasms I ussually get when I do sit ups n shit. I dont think its cancer, I think Im jus uber paranoid(I smoke entirly too much pot, Im thinkin of cuttin back for a while. The only thing I get in my phlem now adays is darker phlem with lighter phlem, probably tar or something. Im not really worrying about it, my buddy also says he gets sharp "stabbing" pains in his ribs from time to time too.

Yeah Go to the doctor, you could just have a lung infection... cut down on the ganja man, just smoke enough to get high and stop...

 

The rib pain could be attributed to coughing to much and coughin excessively often causes a person to cough up blood. You might consider cutting back for awhile and if the rib pain and excessive coughing persist, then I would recommend having a physician evaluate your respiratory system. Good luck

Its all about the immune system..

I doubt someone at this young of age could get lung cancer, it usually takes years of smoking to do that...

 

Maybe he has been smoking for years.

 

wootwoot, im high 2. but ya, c a doctor, my friend was coughing up blood n shit alot, it turns out he has a fucked up olsar and thats what was causing the pain and blood. but im not saying u have that but c a dr soon

 

btw, hes 20 and hes been smoking for 8 years, cigs, and weed. lots of both, and tons of alchahol

16 is pretty young to have lung cancer, but when you smoke so much that you hack up blood, that not a good sign. I was coughing pretty hard for two weeks with a horrible sore neck and shoulders. It was rediculous... I almost went to see the doctor, but two days later it went away. Beats me what it was...

Ease up on the smoking for a little bit, it may go away on its own. Plus, if its been a year since you hacked up blood, I wouldn't worry about that.

 

I went to the doctor today to get checked out cold flashes, paranoia(I been thinkin alot of shit thats not making sense lately, mood swings,anxiety attacks, turns out my weed had angel dust in it, and it was fuckin with my head, my buddy and I got hooked up erlier this week and after smoking that is since ive been thinking like this. Teach me for not waiting for my dealer to show....
