Anyone know what movie this is?

    Alright...well I flipped onto one of th emovie channels HBO, Showtim, Encore, somethin' like that...and decided I'd watch whatever the hell was on, and it was these kids in high school and they decided they were going to have a senior party at their principals house, and then they get busted, and then they have to go to detention, and they end up writing an essay about what's wrong with the school system and sending it to Washington. Somehow they end up going on a bus to Washington and I think chong is their busdriver...could be wrong, and he gives the principal some horse tranquilizers...and well yeah, that's about all I can remember of it right now...but does anyone know what movie that is?
