I saw it last night, because I really wanted to see the Doctor Octopus effects, and it turned out that that was about all that was worth seeing about it. I think that the motion effects of Spiderman swinging on webs were realllly bad. Also, the physics of a lot of that motion is very unconvincing. And somehow when something gets thrown at Spiderman, he's able to shoot a web at it, jerk the web sideways, and it gets redirected back at the thrower. Kinda impossible -- and I'm not talking "willing suspension of disbelief," I'm talking about implausible even for a fantasy movie. They tried to do too much.

But it was really really cool to watch Doctor Octopus scale buildings. They had the sfx for him knocked.
