Jumping Hoops & Ticking Boxes

    Hey folks!


    This is only my second posting as I only registered yesterday! I am currently sat in a Connexions office "browsing" the internet! What a demeaning experience. Why do we have to jump so many hoops and tick multitudes of boxes in a very precice manner in order to be taken seriously? Dunno could b me or is anyone else feeling that?
