ahh, I'm a bit frightened (actually, quite frightened) because I feel a presence around me.
It's all cold all of a sudden, kind of feels like a breeze in going by (I'm in my basement by the way), and I heard walking upstairs and some voices laughing.
I asked nicely for it/him/her to please leave me alone, but there's still a slight chill.
I don't know exactly what's going on, but whatever it is, it's scay as hell.
Whatever, call me chicken shit if you want.
    But DAMN, I'm scared shitless.
This has happened before, not quite as noticeably though.
Once I was having a netmeeting (with webcam) with my friend and they said they saw someone walk behind me when I was the only one in the house (Apparently I wasn't).
Anyways, I could bore you all with more stories, but I won't.
I'm afriad of offending it/him/her and provoking anger... I'm trying my best to be nice.
Anyways, that's all I have to say right now.

    Peace&Love

its just a ghost, dont worry about it
if it was actually someone though, they probably wont harm you, they would have done that right away if they wanted to

my friend Heather seems to have a ghost living in her house, you can hear it all the time upstairs like it draging something heavy around and lights will be on when she comes home (ones that she never turns on) and one of the freakiest time.... one of her grandmas friends came over while Heather wasnt there and found a guy downstairs and he said he lived there

so just accept it, it probably wont hurt you

where are you right now? the haunted mansion?
i don't deny the validity of your experience.
i just wonder about the history of the spot you're at right now.
is it some old house with a mysterious past?
to your knowledge, has anything bloodcurdlingly horrible ever happened there?

but you're doing the right thing. just acknowledge the presence and attempt to make peace with it. if the presence will not accept your offers of peace, then you may have an exorcism situation on your hands. and that is beyond my area of expertise. hope it works out...

Nothing really bad I think... I'm pretty sure my family was the first one to move in. Although it could be my grandmother, because I'm sure that her spirit inhabited this house at one point, maybe she still does.
And the fact that her ashes are upstairs might have something to do with it.
And grandmother, I love you, and if you are reading this message, I hope you accept my peace offering.

    Thanks for comments/advice, hipforumers!

    Peace&Love

I had experiences like that back when I lived with my family. But I haven't felt that way every since moving out.
