good deeds and leather pants

Today I was in a downtown parade. My job was to ride a four wheeler...that was advertising a business...they were all personalized and were to be auctioned off to help out charities...
Well I was trying to do a good deed...a local auto shop helped us paint the four wheelers...I had pink with silver glitter. I was like okay now I need the perfect outfit to wear with it...
I decided that a pair of silver leather pants, a baby pink tank top, and black high heeled boots would look great...and it did.
When I got there they were like just so you feel comfortable during the parade ride around a bit and check out different speeds then line up. Well sitting in leather pants on a furry seat in hot humid weather is a very dumb idea...especially when you have to be there for 3 hours...

Now I know why all the other people had such ugly clothes on...they were more comfortable then fashionable clothes...

 

that sucks. i hope you still had some amount of fun despite the sweaty pants.

 

haha. that sucks. but yeah, i could have told you that would be a little hot. but was it worth it? :H

 

well there ya go, fashion does not prevail!

 

I knew it would be hot and all...I just didn't think Id have to be there for that long. But yes, it was worth it...I love fashion and looking good. I am a vain person and am willing to admit it. lol Any way after the parade was the auction...most of the people buying were men...I think my outfit helped the charities.
