Wait! I actually got something for free today. I took some childbirth education classes (which didn't cost anything but my time), and for taking the classes I got a free carseat. Now we have a carseat for the grandparents too.
freeipod.com works, but you need a credit card. my friend went through the long process. You have to get 5 people to sign up for an offer. before the free trial period is over they cancel the offer so it doesnt cost them anything, and you get teh free ipod
I don't have any credit cards or checking accounts....which means that anything that also requires paypal is also out.
. Its about 299 i think for the ipod nano, which holds 1000 songs, the same price for the 5000 song ipod.
what?? on free ipod? have you ever done? cause my friend's took around 2 months to ship to his house. if you or someone you know got one, did it take that long?
hmmm, found this http://playlistmag.com/weblogs/todayatplaylist/2004/09/freeipod/index.php theres also a "pyramid scheme calculator" which is kind of hard to understand (for me atleast) but is kkind of interesting. Im not sure how accurate it is though.
the freeiPod is definitely legit, I have a few friends who completed the 5 referrals and sign up thing that are now enjoying iPods... for free!
read teh link. it can be "legit" and "not so legit" at the same time. But, my friend did get one, and so did yours, so maybe its not as messed up as people make it out to be?

not to sound like a total idiot, but what the hell exactly is an ipod? I've heard lots of people talk about them & seen the tv commercials. All they seem like to me is a mini radio or some type of mini music player with some type of electronic address book.
