I've listened to all their albums except "Bad Motorfinger". I think either "Bad Motorfinger" or "Superunknown" is the best Soundgarden album.

Soundgarden are similar to Led Zeppelin. They are like the 90's grunge version of Led Zeppelin. They are one of my favorite bands from the 90's.

I saw 'em play in Manchester the day the news broke about Cobain's suicide, they dedicated Like Suicide to him, one of the best fuckin shows I've ever seen, goes without saying how the mood at the gig was that night

Soundgarden is heavily influenced by Led Zeppelin.

I really love "Soundgarden". I even remember listening to "Black Hole Sun" when I was a child... like eight years old I suppose... It brings me memories... All the songs from "Superunknown" are great, especially on side A! And I also like the album "Temple Of The Dog"... Listening to Chris Cornell and Ed Vedder at the same time... I have no words...

    Wheres my fave?
    Screaming Life/Fopp

they were tired by the time Badmotorfinger came out, at least I had heard em too much to appreciate what seemed like a forced effort.

As for Zep, noone sounds like Zep? Almost everyone sounds like Zep now, and has for years! It helps that zep started it by sounding like a blues band themselves.

Yeah, I'd say badmotorfinger for sure. Although, they didn't have a bad album.
