Well, she was in that photo, it's just like you could say mmmm if you saw some tasty vegetables in a photo (even though the photo would be 30+ years old). (it's legal in Germany? I don't think so, as somebody got in some troubles for doing so, he killed the person - well the eaten person wanted to commit the suicide this way - and ate him, but then the police found out about it and there was whole process against him. Therefore, I don't think it's legal, but I can't say anything for sure.) Love, Borut P.S.on't eat me...
Murder is illegal in Germany but cannabalism isn't. Therefore, if you eat them, they would have to be living and you would have to get consent but even if you get consent to kill them it is still illegal because murder is illegal. You would still be charged with assault... well, if you took a bite out of them. If you used a knife it would be charged as assault with a deadly weapon if the knife's blade was over 3 inches long... that is if they pressed charges, if they don't press charges then it's legal... you know, you're allowed to go into the white house with a meeting with the president and bring in a knife as long as the blade is under three inches long also. (trust me, when I was about 9 or 10, I bought a Black's law dictionary and used to read it all the time)
I believe you... That's just like drugs here in Slovenia... You're not allowed to posses any illegal drugs, therefore you can't smoke/inhale/shot/use drugs, but if they get you all stoned, it isn't forbidden as long as you don't drive... It's impossible to get drugs in yourself this way, but they can't do anything if they don't catch you with the stuff... Love, Borut
Hmm.. when I read of it, it wasn't. It may have changed or it may have been one of those laws from the 12th century or w/e... I'm going to look it up.
"Cannibalism is not a recognised offence under German law and the defence will argue that, since the victim volunteered under consent, this was no murder" - taken from a BBC news article. Meanwhile, cannibalism itself is not illegal under German law. Accordingly, the lesser offense of "disturbing the peace of the dead" is all that prosecutors reportedly have come up with to address the fact that Meiwes not only killed his victim, but butchered his corpse. - Taken from Find Law's legal commentory. ~ George
That brings up something else, if they a law against disturbing the human dead, then why isn't it illegal to disturb or consume a cow.
