Stoner Teachers

Most people are back in school a this time so I think its about time we started a thread like this. Not long ago I read on the Norml website about a substitute teacher that toked up with some of the students in his class and got busted for it. I also have a friend that goes to a school where one of the science teachers supposedly had an acid flashback during class, I doubt that is true be he did admit to taking acid alot in his teens and early twenties and has pictures of different kinds of shrooms on his walls. In the yearbook they had a picture of their current principal at the school in the early seventies, in the picture he has a bandana around his head and a joint in his mouth. This may also be just an exaggerated cigarette but I've never seen the picture. Any body have any stories or has ever toked with a teacher?

 

hmmm... lets see.... well, a friend of mine (who is quite a bit older than me, like 35 or 36 or so) he was like hey i know this guy who has got the NICESTS nugs in town, i promise you, and it turned out it was my school's theatre/speech teacher.... it was so funny, i walked into his house, and we locked eyes and just started busting up laughing... it was so hilarious, and we got real high... so it was all good!

I was last in high school in the 80s, and though I'm not into drugs, I have the following to share:

1) The theatre arts teacher who went into a fullblown acid flashback - in class.

2) The history teacher who was a narc and everyone knew it

3) The janitor who, upon seeing a student dealing mushrooms out of his guitar case, grabbed him by the shoulder - and took him to the science lab (where the scales were more accurate) to buy a few grams.

Unbelievable.

 

Heh, I was at a reggae concert kinda thing on marley's birthday. Me and my friends had smoked a joint earlier, when we arrive we see one of our teachers smoking a j. We saw each other and laughed, but theres been this silence between us now. Like a funny silence not a, "i saw you kill someone," silence.

 

Those are some cool stories. Especially yours peacelove.lol. I think my pottery teacher at my old school did. Dont know teachers good at my new one though.

 

I hope to be a college professor one day teaching about consciousness. And I hope to still be toking now and again...

the old principal at my high school was a fairly young guy but i never suspected he toked till i became friends with a guy later who sold dope and turned out to be the principal's cousin. said he smoked with him all the time. lol. that was a crazy thing to learn years later..........

 

i have a friend who said he toked with his teacher in middle school, but this kid is a bit of a liar so idk. i know that in bio last year we had a bunch of leaves that where long and thin and we stapled them together to look like a pot leaf and taped it to the board and the teacher (young guy outta college, ultra liberal) said "i dont care if u have it in here, but dont put it on the board" we think he toked but he's gone now so too late :-( and i also suspect my history teacher cause he always mentions it and has admitted to smoking in college but idk. lol that was pointless

 

seeing im a teacher, i'd say pretty much all my friends have toked with at least one teacher.

 

My old Spanish teacher admitted to trying it in college. He said he didn't like it much though. We used to talk about classic and folk rock all the time. You could tell he was a hippy, and I suspect there's still some hippiedom in his heart.

 

i know a few professors at my university smoke up, one of them i think smokes every day. i knew a few teachers in high school did too...

 

i wish we had hot teachers at my school....

 

mm i'll take that as a compliment..
just look closer, most teachers are normal pple, so yea they're hot and they smoke pot lol

 

can someone explain what an acid flashback is?

 

u have a trip and like ten or twenty or however far later u get a flashback of the trip. people start freaking out lol.

 

i forgot about the college art professor who bought from the same friend as mentioned above. and one of my friends who is now a teacher used to smoke together alot. now we do occasionally......

 

we have 1 remotely attractive teacher in my school...

and i doubt that there's too much pot smoking being done by our teachers... maybe one or two, but the majority of drug using teachers in my area are tweakers or drunks... but yeah, anyways, i gotta go load up another bowl...

Yeah kids do seem to forget that teachers are normal people

Teaching is an odd career though, as some of my teachers explain it, because while most corporations are replacing their older people with younger ones...my teachers all say they still try and get older teachers...and my US History teacher (Ultra-Right Wing Military guy) said that it's because the school board doesn't want new teaching methods and new liberal ideas (Which, he seemed upset about this when he said it...which is odd, seeing as he is right wing...but he seems like he enjoys new teaching methods)...and he also hates all the political correctness...he said he's had to fill out twice as much paper work as when he started...

 

haha im happy im in france. (for once)
