Different kind of Shrooms, different kind of Trip?

In Amsterdam I have experienced two kinds of shrooms: Mexicans and Hawaiians. To me the Mexicans were very kind and friendly whereas the Hawaiians were kind of hardcore and very teasing.

I have never experienced the Philosopher's Stone, nor the Cubans.

Did you experience different kind of Shrooms and if so, could you feel a difference in character/vibing/tripping? Or non at all?

I would like to hear your experiences.
