Who else plays an instrument (besides drums and guitar)? Not that they don't count, but soooo many people play them. I play the cello (and have for 9 years).
Umm.. I can kinda plan the occarina. Also ummm... Yeah, that's about the extent of my musical prowess.
i play a bamboo flute and many other recorder-type wind instruments hey, toketrip, have you heard of Rasputina? (fucking awesome cello duo)
I used to play the trumpet, but I haven't for quite awhile now. Its all guitar for me. Although, after hearing the way The Mars Volta spiced up thier shit with some trumpet I might consider digging it out again.
besides guitars and bongos, i can play the harmonica fairly well now and I'm progressing on the flute. (woodwinds = hardest western instruments by far).
I play bass (electric and string), tuba, piano, organ, and yes, guitar, and I'm learning some drums. I'm one of the very few bassists who actually started out on bass, and not guitar. The bit of gat I can play is from knowing bass...
i play violin, some keyboards, and some bass, all percussion instruments, and mallet percussion......and also.....lol drumset and guitar drumset, percussion, and violin being my specialties i played violin for 8 years and had to quit for two because i had to switch to one instrument because i had to take PE and i'm back on it now, and it's like i never left....i missed it so much..
