    Please await the poll...

...and I apologize for the misspelling of the word "Constitutional"

I didn't vote, because the American Constitution is perfect, and I wouldn't change a thing!

  3. prohibition was the biggest mistake, hell even politicians realized that

the biggest reason it was the worst though was the feeding of organized crime....

edit: also term limits on presidents changed the scope, technically that is a no-no, but it'll never get fixed

Isn't it ironic that two of the female here would favor the repeal of the 19th Amendment?

Anyway, I'm with them... women control the world anyway, so the 19th Amendment is a redundant piece of legislative hogwash

I would say an unmentioned amendment, Article VII, should be repealed & rewritten. It's wording states that if a court case occurs, in the form of a suit(lawsuit), in excess of twenty dollars, it can not be sent to a higher court for appeal.

Hence our lawsuit nation in the U.S.

    ...or I may be mistaken...

Well, the income tax is not illegal for most people (provided that they are uninfluenced by libertarian propaganda)....

But it should be! Let's campaign for the repeal of the 16th amendment and the addition of a 28th amendment repealing Section 8, Clause 1 of the Constitution itself:
